The CAMS online community came together for a hybrid townhall meeting on Sunday, July 7, 2025, and it turned out to be one of the most well-attended events of the year. Over 60 residents participated—30 in person at the community center and another 30 via the CAMS virtual meeting platform.
The agenda focused on community maintenance budgets, security upgrades, and future development plans. After a brief welcome speech by the community president, the treasurer presented this year’s financial report, including an updated breakdown of maintenance fund allocation. Residents appreciated the transparency and proposed a quarterly update moving forward.
One major decision taken during the meeting was the approval of the solar panel installation project, which will begin next month. This initiative will help reduce our community’s electricity expenses by approximately 40% annually. Another important issue discussed was increased security—residents unanimously voted for installing additional CCTV cameras in blind spots and implementing an RFID gate entry system.
Those attending virtually had full access to live presentations and even participated in the Q&A session through the CAMS chat feature. The recorded session is now available under the “Community Events” section for those who missed it.
This event proved how CAMS continues to bridge the gap between digital engagement and physical interaction, making it easier for every resident to be heard and informed.
