(Demo news) Maintenance Made Easy – CAMS Introduces Online Complaint Tracking

We’re thrilled to introduce the Online Complaint Tracking System as part of our ongoing commitment to digital convenience. Through the CAMS resident portal and mobile app, you can now log, track, and manage maintenance complaints right from your phone or computer—no more waiting in queues or untracked phone calls!

This system lets residents:

  • Raise a new maintenance request with just a few clicks

  • Upload photos or videos of the issue

  • Track progress and technician assignment in real time

  • Receive SMS/email updates on ticket status

  • Rate service once the issue is resolved

Since the soft launch two weeks ago, over 150 residents have already started using the feature, and early feedback has been very positive. Commonly logged issues include plumbing leaks, elevator downtime, lighting issues in common areas, and gardening needs.

To support this new feature, we’ve also increased the number of technicians in the on-ground CAMS team and ensured that all service requests are handled within 24 to 48 hours.

This update is part of CAMS’s long-term plan to build a smart, responsive community, where problems are addressed proactively and transparently. You can find the “Raise Complaint” section in the CAMS app home screen or log in to the website dashboard.
